The Embassy of Italy requires all applicants to apply at least 30 days in advance of their intended travel date. Applications that have a travel date of less than 30 days in advance will not be accepted.

applicants will also be charged a service fee of Euro 30 per application (charged in local currency) which must be paid in cash when you attend the visa application centre.

Submit all of your supporting documents and a set of photocopy of all documents to the enrolment clerk at UK visa center. Processing time varies from case to case. Be sure to plan your visa application in advance. After all application requirements are met, the processing time as per Spanish embassy is up to 15 working days or more.

If you want to apply for a visit visa, you must appear in person at embassy and submit the following:

• Filled application form

• Original Police Character Certificate with the contact number of issuing authority.

• COriginal Invitation Letter, issued by the Immigration office in Russia on the request of friend or relative.

The decision about the grant of tourist visa will be made in 30 days after submission of all documents.
